They don't call out why in US/356967366 but they run it with a 420 nM light. Turns out the Kessil lamps can get you all the colors you want. This one's done at 500 mg while in a Lightining 250 you could run this same reaction on the 10g scale.

Another one seen in the wild

Here's another one with the Penn reactor: WO/2022/087634. This time 100 mg scale in 3 mL DMA! I bet you could run it more concentrated, but at that concentration ~0.2N you could scale your reaction up to 2.7g in the lightning 250.
